Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and creativeGraphic Designer III to join a collaborative content and communications team. This role offers the opportunity to develop compelling multimedia content and visual storytelling assets for major internal and external corporate initiatives.
The team creates engaging omnichannel content, including branded journalism, explanatory videos, interactive digital experiences, executive branding materials, event content, and infographics. The successful candidate will help transform ideas into impactful visual communications while supporting creative projects across multiple business functions.
This is an opportunity for a creative professional to take ownership of projects, contribute innovative ideas, and work on high-impact communications initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual content using graphic design, photography, video, animation, interactive digital media, and infographics.
- Translate creative concepts and content requests into high-quality visual assets that align with communication objectives.
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand project requirements, propose creative approaches, and deliver assigned projects.
- Develop and execute creative strategies with attention to detail, quality, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with communications and events teams to produce a wide range of digital and visual materials.
- Support internal and external communications initiatives through engaging multimedia storytelling.
- Stay current with emerging design tools, techniques, and creative trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, team members, and external creative suppliers as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Film, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3–7 years of experience in graphic design or a creative agency/in-house environment.
- Strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of visual design principles and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including relevant applications such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Audition
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create polished, visually engaging presentation decks.
- Knowledge of filming, lighting, sound, and post-production techniques.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop cohesive narratives across multiple communication channels.
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, self-motivated, and curious approach to creative problem-solving.
- Comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and incorporating feedback into creative deliverables.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with CEROS or similar interactive digital content platforms.
- Experience creating social media content, videos, animations, or podcasts.
- Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and standards.
- Experience developing multimedia content for corporate communications or executive audiences.
