Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at our eCommerce brand, you’ll help craft high-performing visual assets that convert and elevate our brand across digital channels.

✅ Apply strong visual judgment– Bring a sharp design eye and sensitivity to layout, color, and brand consistency across every asset.

✅Proactively contribute creatively – Go beyond the brief to suggest smart design solutions, CRO improvements, and fresh visual concepts.

✅Design, test, improve – Embrace iteration by creating multiple design variations, analyzing performance data, and refining for maximum impact.

✅Tell visual stories that convert – Use compelling visuals to engage audiences across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and web.

✅Collaborate cross-functionally – Communicate your design rationale clearly and work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and content teams to align creative with business goals.

Who We’re Looking For

➡️You live and breathe eCommerce design – You understand what makes shoppers click, with a strong grasp of layout hierarchy, visual psychology, and conversion-focused storytelling.

➡️You’re a master of Figma & Canva – You execute polished, mobile-first designs for landing pages, ads, and social creatives with speed and precision.

➡️You’re creative and efficient – You can deliver high volumes of iterative design while maintaining fresh, high-quality concepts that perform.

➡️You integrate AI into your workflow – You're fluent with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, and Photoshop AI to accelerate ideation and execution.

➡️You know how to design for performance – You analyze what works, iterate quickly, and understand how to see trust signals, strong CTAs, and clean UX to boost conversions.

➡️You collaborate with top performers – You want to work with elite marketers, copywriters, and media buyers who move fast and think big.

➡️ (Optional) You’re fluent in eComm builders – You’ve worked with Shopify Customizer, GemPages, PageFly, Webflow, or funnel tools like CheckoutChamp or Funnelish.

➡️You’re fluent in English – You can confidently communicate ideas, collaborate across teams, and explain your design decisions clearly.
