- Must-haves; portfolio is key over formal education or certifications.
- Nice-to-haves include presentation skills, photo retouching, marketing campaign development, print graphics, and photography principles (not mandatory).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model—advertise as minimum 3 days/week in Warsaw office (WBD global policy), but flexible down to 1 day for strong candidates after discussion.
