Graphic Design, Marketing & Talent Support

AtCKCODECONNECT, we’re looking for acreative and versatile professional who enjoys working at the crossroads ofbranding, digital marketing, and talent operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety in their day-to-day work, real ownership over projects, and exposure to both internal initiatives and client collaborations.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining websites, and assisting the recruitment team with talent-related operations — all while contributing to meaningful client projects.

What You’ll do:

Brand, Design & Marketing

• Design and maintainconsistent brand visuals across websites, social media, campaigns, and internal materials.

• Create engaging visual and multimedia content for digital platforms.

• Plan and publish content onLinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Supportorganic and paid digital marketing campaigns, and help monitor their performance and results.

• Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and employer branding.

Website & Digital Presence

• Manage and updateCKCODECONNECT’s website and clients’ websites using WordPress.

• Support content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements to enhance online visibility.

Talent Support & Recruitment Operations

• Support the recruitment team withjob postings, sourcing, and candidate tracking.

• Assist in maintainingcandidate pipelines, records, and recruitment databases.

• Learn and contribute to theend-to-end hiring process, gaining insight into recruitment operations.

• Conductbasic market and talent research to support hiring and client needs.

Client & Operational Support

• Assist inclient projects related to design, marketing, and communication.

• Support digital campaigns, virtual events, and internal initiatives.

• Occasionallytravel to the capital for company administrative tasks and official paperwork.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree inGraphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience ingraphic design and digital marketing (professional or freelance).

• Strong design skills usingAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

• Working knowledge ofsocial media marketing and digital content strategies.

• Familiarity withWordPress; experience with other website builders is a plus.

• Interest in recruitment, talent operations, and candidate experience.

• Comfortable using collaborative tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Clear communication skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
