Role Overview
We are seeking ahighly skilled Grafana Dashboard Developer to design and deliverworld-class, real-time data visualization experiences.
This role is focused on transforming complex data into intuitive dashboards that drive decision-making at scale. The ideal candidate bringsdeep, hands-on Grafana expertise and can rapidly move fromuser story → production-ready dashboard while maintaining high standards for performance, usability, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and developadvanced Grafana dashboards that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Buildreal-time dashboards integrating multiple data sources (Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Kusto, etc.)
- Rapidly prototype and iterate dashboards based on evolving requirements
- Translateuser stories into production-grade visualizations
- Optimize dashboards forperformance, scalability, and usability
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes
- Establish and follow best practices fordashboard design, structure, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on Grafana experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience buildingcomplex, multi-panel dashboards in production environments
- Strong expertise indata visualization and storytelling with data
- Experience working withreal-time data and multiple data sources
- Proficiency withquery languages (KQL, PromQL, SQL, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience delivering dashboardsend-to-end from requirements → deployment
- Strong communication skills working across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withAzure Managed Grafana or cloud-based observability platforms
- Familiarity withSLI/SLO dashboards, telemetry, and monitoring systems
- Experience withCI/CD or dashboards-as-code frameworks
