Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
  • Design and architect scalable Golang-based microservices.
  • Define coding standards and best practices for Go development.
  • Evaluate and select Go frameworks, libraries, and tools.
  • Conduct design and code reviews.
  • Champion security, quality, and DevOps/SRE practices.
Hands-On Development & Execution
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Build event-driven and asynchronous systems.
  • Deploy containerized applications on cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and architecture teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor engineers on Go best practices and system design.
  • Act as technical anchor for the team.
  • Partner with engineering managers on planning and delivery.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's ormaster's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Golang experience.
  • 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
