We are looking for a motivated professional for the position ofSenior CRM Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Architect complex, automated CRM journeys (multichannel) in tight cooperation with Marketing specialists
• Optimize segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic
• Lead QA frameworks across channels
• Drive A/B testing strategy and behavioral targeting. Assist Marketing managers in selecting top performers.
• Act as point of contact for platform vendors and third parties
• Handle and/or distribute escalations amongst team members

Requirements:

• Expert in CRM platforms, personalization logic, and campaign automation
• Proficient in KPI frameworks
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, retention models, and CRM ROI
• Process automation and tool integration experience
• Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
