Position: NICE CXone Developer – Implementation

Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedNICE CXone Developer – Implementation with strong hands-on experience in NICE InContact/NICE CXone, RESTful APIs, and NICE CXone Studio scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting IVR and contact center solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience withNICE InContact / NICE CXone
• Hands-on experience withNICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting
• Strong experience withRESTful Web Services / APIs
• Experience developing and implementingIVR flows and call flows
• Experience withContact Center dashboards and reporting
• Experience withSkills-Based Routing
• Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and conflict-management skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows.
• Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts.
• Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations.
• Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations.
• Configure and support skills-based routing.
• Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
• Provide technical guidance as a NICE CXone SME.
