Track technology roadmaps, supply/demand trends, and emerging materials or packaging innovationsÂ
Identify and act on supply chain risks (e.g., semiconductor shortages, logistics constraints, geopolitical factors)Â
Build contingency plans for mission-critical componentsÂ
Communicate sourcing strategies, risks, and opportunities clearly across engineering, finance, legal, and operationsÂ
Champion Tesla’s long-term supply chain vision and innovation goalsÂ
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a focus on electronics module manufacturing, thermal management systems, or high-performance hardware integrationÂ
