What You'll Be Doing 

You'll lead study start-up activities across global, regional, and country-level programs, ensuring studies are activated efficiently,compliantly, and on schedule. Working as part of an integrated cross-functional team,you'll partner with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders worldwide to accelerate patient enrolment and drive successful clinical trial delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Leading site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions, ethicsapprovals and site contracting 

• Developing and executing Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives 

• Performing protocol amendments

• Driving study start-up timelines and critical milestones 

• Managing regulatory strategies,approvals and essential study documentation 

• Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring local and global compliance 

• Identifying risks, resolvingissues and implementing mitigation plans 

• Building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders 

• Monitoring project metrics, budgets,timelines and performance indicators 

• Providing project updates, reports,presentations and operational insights 

• Supporting proposal development, bid defence activities and customer engagement 

• Mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives 

What We're Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field 

• Experience in site activation, study start-up, protocol amendments, regulatoryaffairs or clinical operations 

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, ethicsprocesses and regulatory requirements 

• Experience managing timelines, budgets,risks and cross-functional stakeholders 

• Strong communication,negotiation and stakeholder management skills 

• Ability to lead complex projects and drive outcomes in a global environment 

• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills 

• Experience working across cultures and geographies 

• Passion for innovation andleveraging technology to improve clinical trial delivery
