Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedData Science Analystto lead innovative projects and drive impactful solutions in domains such asConsumer Tech,Enterprise Tech, andSemiconductors. This role combineshands-on technical expertise, andclient delivery management to execute cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, decision science, and cloud-based analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI Expertise
- Develop fine-tune models for NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal applications, leveraging GenAI frameworks.
- Build autonomous workflows using prompt engineering, API/tool integration, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen)
- Monitor, debug, and fine-tune AI agents to improve context handling, error recovery, and response quality.
- Build retrieval pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate or Milvus
Cloud Platform Expertise
- Implement scalable data science workflows onAzure orAWS for marketing, supply chain, or sales analytics projects.
- Leverage cloud-native tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning).
Data Science and Engineering
- Perform advanced analytics usingPython,SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions tailored to business needs.
- Manage large-scale datasets, preprocessing pipelines, and feature engineering for diverse data modalities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:2+ years in data engineering/data science
- Education:B tech, M tech in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
Technical Skills
- Programming: Proficiency inPython,SQL, and libraries for NLP and Computer Vision (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenCV).
- GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience in model development (selection, fine-tuning), model evaluation and optimization, deployment architecture (design, API/integration design), multi-step reasoning workflows, and autonomous agents
- Cloud Platforms: Experience withAzure and/orAWS in data science workflows.
- Data Science Tools: Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- GenAI & LLM Tooling : LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)Â
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in decision science projects focused onmarketing,supply chain, orsales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in quantitative discipline and experience in working with Hi-Tech clients
- This position is based at our Bengaluru (preferred), Kolkata and Hyderabad office.
