Strengthen H&S principles and processes, adapted to the realities of non-industrial work.
Track clear, meaningful KPIs and develop specific Operating Requirements for offices, sales, and other non-industrial functions.
Harness data and technology to bring transparency, insights, and acceleration in performance.

Engage, coach, and inspire leaders and teams in non-industrial settings to embrace a culture of care and shared accountability.
Act as a catalyst for the cultural evolution needed to become best-in-class.
4. Spread a culture of Health & Safety across the Group
Animate and engage the H&S network of point of contacts to amplify the “#BetheOne” mindset.
