Global Ad Sales Manager

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach advertisers, agencies and business partners in international markets
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to proposals and deal closure
• Present V’s advertising solutions and commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with global clients and partners
• Research markets, industries and potential customers
• Collaborate with our sales, ad operations, marketing and product teams
• Participate in international meetings, conferences and industry events
• Travel abroad to meet clients and develop new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English at a professional business level — mandatory
• Native or near-native fluency in at least one additional language, preferably French, German, Spanish, or Italian — an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Up to two years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, media or another client-facing role
• Demonstrated commercial ability through employment, internships, volunteering, university activities or other
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to approach international clients
• Genuine motivation to build a career in global advertising sales
• Ability to work full-time from our Tel Aviv office
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally on a regular basis — mandatory
• Legal authorization to work in Israel
