Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $545,000 to $545,001 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Position Overview:
We are recruitinggeneral anesthesiologists to provide care across a diverse range of surgical procedures in acommunity hospital and ambulatory setting. This position offers the opportunity to practice within acollaborative, team-based model that integrates with the expertise and resources ofMass General Brighamās academic and community sites.

Responsibilities:
- Deliversafe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, includinggeneral surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ENT, and other specialties.
- Performpreoperative assessments, anesthetic management, and postoperative care.
- Work collaboratively within ateam-oriented anesthesia care model that includes anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
- Participate inquality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation projects within the system.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible inAnesthesiology.
- Eligible for medical licensure inMassachusetts.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment topatient-centered care.
- Ability to work within ateam-based environment with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
- Prior experience incommunity hospital or ambulatory anesthesia is preferred but not required.
