Part-Time STNA Staffing Coordinator

💙 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate STNA and nursing schedules and help fill open shifts.
• Communicate with STNAs and nurses about schedules, call-offs, and shift changes.
• Help keep staffing coverage running smoothly.
• Build positive relationships with our nursing team.
• Assist with finding coverage when unexpected call-offs happen.
• Keep staffing records and schedules organized and up to date.
• Work closely with leadership to identify staffing needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and a little calm to those “Who can cover this shift?” moments! 😊

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Previous healthcare, STNA, CNA, scheduling, or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with staff.
• Able to handle last-minute changes with professionalism and a sense of humor.
• Someone who enjoys helping people and being part of a team.
