What Winning Looks Like:

• Assist the Office Coordinator with office prep to insure a remarkable client experience through cleanliness, professionalism, and readiness.
  
• Become skilled in all company software that is required: Salesforce, BambooHR, Slack, etc.
  
• Work with different departments to provide company lift: I.T., Client Services, Client Experience, etc.
  
• Assist the Office Coordinator by proactively assessing and maintaining general office, kitchen, and first aid supplies.
  
• Based on the internship path, you will be able to work closely with the department that reflects your future goals.

Education and Experience

• Working toward a college degree as a recent high school graduate.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle or feel equipment, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear.
  • The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
    
    
• Work environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors with
  prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer but may be required to work outdoors for events.
  • The noise level in the office is minimal.
