Genesys Routing

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain core Genesys Framework components.
• Manage Genesys Engage architecture and framework components, ensuring platform stability and availability.
• Maintain configuration objects, including applications, hosts, connections, and related platform settings.
• Monitor platform health and system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain high-availability and disaster recovery configurations to ensure business continuity.
• Deploy and configure Genesys components across development, testing, and production environments.
• Follow established change management, release management, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues related to SIP, URS, ORS, GRE, GRAT, and other Genesys services.
• Analyze Genesys logs to identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and maintain call routing strategies using the Genesys Composer tool.
• Analyze call routing issues, identify configuration or workflow problems, and implement effective fixes.
• Perform end-to-end Genesys platform setup, including component configuration and application options deployment.

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Engage architecture and core Genesys Framework components.
• Experience installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Genesys platform components.
• Knowledge of configuration management, including applications, hosts, and connections.
• Experience with platform monitoring, performance analysis, upgrades, and patching.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to SIP, URS, ORS, GRE, GRAT, and other Genesys services.
• Experience analyzing logs and resolving platform and call routing issues.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Composer for call routing strategy development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and production environment management.
• Experience with end-to-end platform setup, application configuration, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Understanding of change management and release management processes.
