| Job Description: | The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates, providing support across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives. This role helps foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies. Key Responsibilities • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership. • Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies. • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent. • Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed. • Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience. • Strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. |
