General Maintenance Technician (Engineer Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

• Inspect, calibrate, and repair mixers, conveyors, silos, crushers, pumps, burners, and grinding machines.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

• Maintain logs, spare parts inventory, and report downtime causes.

• Enforce safety standards in handling heavy machinery and bitumen/asphalt systems.

• Coordinate with operators, production teams, and contractors to minimize downtime.

Job Qualifications:

• At least Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, decanters)

• Knowledge in basic electrical systems, circuits, and control troubleshooting

• Experience in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic meters, and equipment manuals

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Physically fit, able to lift tools and equipment as needed, and willing to travel for off-site repair work

• Must be willing to report onsite fromMonday to Saturday at 3M Warehouse in Marilao, Bulacan.
