About the Role 

As part of the General Crew for Moonlight Cinema Melbourne, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of customer-facing roles throughout the season, from venue set up and greeting guests to running cocktails, sampling products, and serving up delicious food, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience under the stars at the iconic Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne. You must be available to work nights (including on weekends) and be available to work from mid November – early April.

Key Responsibilities 

• Venue setup and manual handling (including signage, bean beds, screening set up, brand activations)
• Greeting guests and assisting with wayfinding
• Premium Service in Gold Grass
• Food & Beverage Preparation and Service
• Promoting sponsors and their showcased products (e.g. product sampling)
• Venue pack down

What You’ll Bring

• Previous customer service experience and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry
• Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential)
