Long Term Contract
Job Description
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on development using Python, REST APIs, microservices, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- 3+ years building and deploying GenAI solutions, including enterprise applications that moved beyond the POC stage into production.
- Strong RAG and agentic AI development experience, including LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks, tool/function calling, multi-agent workflows, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, chunking, and retrieval optimization.
- Recent hands-on Microsoft Azure AI experience, ideally including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Azure Functions, or Azure ML.
- An Azure certification is highly preferred, especially if the candidate's recent Azure experience is limited.
- Production AI engineering and governance experience, including Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, evaluation, hallucination mitigation, AI guardrails, data privacy, human-in-the-loop controls, and secure enterprise integrations.
- Healthcare or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
