Responsibilities:
- HandsOn GenAI Creative Production
- Lead production of texttovideo, imagetovideo, and texttoimage tools to rapidly create and iterate on assets for major campaigns
- Generate shortform video ads (6–30s) endtoend (primarily in Runway) and produce static ads/variants for testing
- Generate structured variations across hooks, pacing, and visuals
- Translate creative briefs and hook ideas into mobilefirst concepts optimized for feed placements
- Iterate creative based on performance signals such as IPMs, CTR, CPI, and ROAS
- Frameworks & Output Scaling
- Maintain organized output management (iteration tracking, file naming/versioning, exports, and handoffready packages)
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable prompt frameworks (hook styles, visual treatments, camera language, pacing, character/style consistency)
- Continuously refine workflows to improve speed, volume, repeatability, and quality
- Share learnings and frameworks with the broader GenAI innovation pod through documentation and examples
- Participate in creative reviews with a performancefirst mindset
- Ensure Creative Quality
- Curate and refine GenAI outputs to meet quality bars for clarity, readability, and thumbstop impact
- Ensure outputs stay onbrand and align to responsible AI guardrails
Requirements:
- Familiarity and comfortability with Gen AI tools
- 1+ year; Curiosity around GenAI uses cases and flexibility with which AI tools you are comfortable using.
- Experience building marketing creatives
- 1+ years; Portfolios are a big plus. Experience utilizing GenAI to create marketing materials that will perform well in a UA capacity is a massive bonus.
- Creative production and postproduction skills
- 3+ years; Experience using AfterEffects, CapCut, Photoshop, etc. Ability to edit and manipulate creative inputs to translate to marketing materials. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Asana or Jira.
- Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements:
- Bonus for mobile UA ad creative (shortform video and statics).
- Mobile gaming experience.
- Passion for other client IP.
- Soft Skills:
- Manages outputs in an organized way, including iteration tracking, naming/versioning, exports, and handoffready files
- Mobile Game Experience: background in performance creative / mobile UA ad creation
- Creative technologist mindset with strong visual instincts and comfort experimenting across tools/workflows
- Collaborative, lowego teammate who thrives in fastmoving, experimental environments
- Passionate about games
- Passionate about Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon.
- Technology Requirements:
- Handson experience creating shortform video and static images using generative AI tools (Runway preferred).
- Advanced prompt engineering: able to build and maintain a library of reusable prompt structures, seeds, and style/model configurations to deliver consistent, onbrand outputs at scale
- Performancedriven mindset: comfortable using CTR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to guide iteration and generate structured creative variations
- Highvolume, fastiteration work style: enjoys rapid testing, learning loops, and continuous improvement over polish
- Familiarity with multiple GenAI tools beyond Runway (e.g., Sora) and knowing when to use which
- Strong portfolio/reel showcasing mastery and creative integration of Generative AI content into finished campaigns.
