Job Title :- GenAI Architect
Location :- Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration :- Contract / Full Time
Must Have : AI/GenAI- open source/commercial LLM; Python; Azure; Databricks Develop; fineātune; and optimize LLMs; multimodal models; and generative AI pipelines for various business use cases.
ā¢ Build scalable AI/ML systems; including data pipelines; model training workflows; and inference services.
ā¢ Evaluate and integrate openāsource and commercial LLMs (e.g.; GPT; Llama; Claude; Mistral).
ā¢ Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation); vector databases; embeddings; and promptāengineering strategies.
ā¢ Collaborate with product; engineering; and domain teams to translate business problems into AIāpowered solutions.
ā¢ Conduct experiments; benchmarking; and A/B testing to validate model performance.
ā¢ Deploy models using cloud platforms (Azure) and MLOps tools.
ā¢ Monitor; troubleshoot; and continuously improve AI systems in production.
ā¢ Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
ā¢ Handsāon experience with LLMs; transformers; and generative AI architectures.
ā¢ Experience with prompt engineering; fineātuning; and model evaluation.
ā¢ Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow; Kubeflow; Docker; Kubernetes).
ā¢ Experience with agentic workflows; LangChain; LlamaIndex; or similar frameworks.
ā¢ Knowledge of multimodal AI (vision + language models).
ā¢ Hands-on data experience on Cloud Technologies on Azure; ADF; Synapse; Pyspark/Python
ā¢ Ability to understand Design; Source to target mapping (STTM) and create specifications documents
ā¢ Flexibility to operate from client office locations
ā¢ Able to mentor and guide junior resources; as needed Nice to Have
ā¢ Any relevant certifications
ā¢ Banking experience on RISK & Regulatory OR Commercial OR Credit Cards/Retail
