| • Proficiency in Python and API development for building enterprise connectors and system integrations |
| • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent) |
| • Strong understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-platform interoperability patterns |
| • Ability to design and implement agentic workflows — including tool use, chaining, and multi-step reasoning pipelines |
| • Experience building and publishing custom AI skills, plugins, or extensions within AI-native development environments |
| • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, knowledge management systems, and their integration APIs |
| • Working knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and semantic search for grounding agent responses |
| • Understanding of authentication, security, and data governance when connecting AI systems to enterprise data sources |
| • Strong debugging and observability mindset — ability to trace, monitor, and improve agentic flow performance in production |
