The Sr. Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for AI-driven solutions on the AWS AI Platform, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable AI-enabled products that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business value.
Resource should be well versed in Generative AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Text-to-SQL, LangChain, Claude API
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and stakeholder management for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, cloud engineers, product managers, and architects to define AI product requirements.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data dictionaries.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog prioritization activities.
- Define KPIs and measure AI solution performance against business outcomes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation.
- Drive AI adoption through change management, communication, and value realization strategies.
- Monitor deployed AI solutions and recommend continuous improvements.
