The Senior Staff Engineer – Gen AI is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, requiring 5 days onsite per week.
The candidate will design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications using Claude AI, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role also involves building Python-based microservices, integrating AWS Lambda, designing technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and guiding engineering teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on Claude AI development experience
- Strong RAG and Agentic AI workflows
- LLM fundamentals and MCP integration
- Strong Python programming
