Duration: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for GenAI implementation.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for AI solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business priorities.
- Document workflows and processes to identify areas where AI can enhance operations and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops to build awareness and confidence in GenAI capabilities among business users.
- Support governance and compliance by ensuring ethical AI practices are reflected in requirements.
- Track adoption and outcomes to measure the impact of GenAI solutions and inform future initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex AI concepts for stakeholders.
- 14+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI initiatives.
- Strong business requirement analysis and process modeling skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to interpret data for AI applications.
- Change management expertise in an Agile/Iterative delivery environment.
- Domain knowledge in wealth management or insurance.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in AI solution scoping and use case identification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in AI, Business Analysis, or Project Management are a plus.
