Job Title: Generative AI Engineer / Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI professional to design, develop, and deploy AI systems capable of generating text, images, code, audio, or other content. You will work with modern AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Generative AI models (LLMs, multimodal models)
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific business use cases
• Build and manage prompt engineering pipelines
• Integrate AI models into products via APIs and microservices
• Work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and cost optimization
• Implement evaluation metrics and monitoring for AI outputs
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
• Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of vector databases and embeddings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Knowledge of LangChain or similar orchestration tools
• Experience deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices
