Customer Services and Operations executive

Responsibilities:

• Process and validate customer sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate urgent and same-day shipment requests.
• Monitor product availability and prioritize order fulfillment.
• Manage proforma invoices, triangular shipments, and subcontracting orders.
• Verify customer credit limits and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
• Handle bank documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC).
• Track order portfolio, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Reconfirm delivery dates and maintain customer communication.
• Issue credit/debit notes and customer-related documents.
• Provide compliance, regulatory, and product documentation to customers.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Customer Service & Order Management.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential
• Hands on experiences in SAP HANA is an added advantage
