Au sein de l’équipe Commerciale Risk Management, vous avez un portefeuille de clients et prospects de Grands Comptes (CA > 3 Mds€).

Nous comptons sur vous pour :

Gérer le portefeuille clients et prospects
Assurer la rétention et la rentabilité de son portefeuille
Obtenir la plus grande satisfaction des clients
Détecter les opportunités de développement sur ces comptes
Prospection et développement d’affaires nouvelles sur des prospects Grands Comptes
Préparer et participer au déroulement et au suivi des réunions d’équipe d’une part et des réunions commerciales d’autre part
Mettre en application les directives commerciales du Groupe
Répondre aux appels d’offres

Ce que vous allez aimer :

Être le contact privilégié de vos clients et prospects
Animer l’équipe client
Travailler en autonomie au sein d’une équipe commerciale dynamique et bienveillante

Prérequis :

Niveau Bac+5 - Formation Ecole de Commerce / Assurance / Ingénieur / Juriste
Expérience souhaitée en relations clients en cabinets de courtage, compagnies d’assurance, ou risk management
Excellente maitrise de l’Anglais (écrit et oral)
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et si possible de Salesforce
Capacité d’écoute et d’empathie, aisance relationnelle, sens commercial et dynamique
