Job Description

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is a world-class international tourism and vacation destination.

Participants will gainhands-on frontline work experience at a globally renowned company, while immersing themselves in Disney’s unique learning and development approach.

You will develop core competencies such asproblem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication, while expanding your professional network and global perspective — laying a strong foundation for future opportunities within other Disney destinations or related industries.

Responsibilities

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort collaborates with designated universities and institutions to offer diverse internship opportunities for students.

As part of the talent development initiative for theGreater Bay Area, this program aims to cultivate future professionals withglobal perspectives, strong operational capabilities, and a commitment to service excellence.

Through this program, students will have the opportunity to join the resort’s operations teams, gain hands-on experience in a real working environment, enhance their professional skills, and broaden their international outlook.

Basic Qualifications

• Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor and indoor locations
• Prolonged walking, standing and heavy lifting may be required

Preferred Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Full-time engagement: 5 days per week / 45 hours per week, with shifts of approximately 8–10 hours (scheduled based on operational needs)
• Fluent in Mandarin; basic conversational Cantonese is preferred; English proficiency is an advantage
• Willing to work across different locations within the resort, including both indoor and outdoor environments

• The role may require prolonged walking, standing, and physical tasks (e.g. lifting and handling items)
• Specific requirements may vary depending on the policies of participating institutions

Additional Notes

Please note that internship participants are required to meet all the above requirements, as well as any additional criteria set by their respective institutions.

Participants are also expected tocomplete the full internship period as stipulated in the contract.
