Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and help ensure customer satisfaction
• Install and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns
• Fertilize and care for plants, trees, and turf
• Apply shredded bark mulch and pine straw to landscape beds
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Keep company trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and kneeling
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts

Work Environment

This is an outdoor position. Team members must be able to work in changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
