Industrial Engineer-Automated Material Flow

Role Summary:

AtResMed, we’re shaping the future of smart manufacturing and supply chain automation. As anIndustrial Engineer (Automation, Warehouse Systems & Automated Material Flow), you’ll help design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge automation technologies across our global operations.

You’ll work on innovative projects involvingautomated material flow,AMRs/AGVs,AS/RS, anddigital warehouse systems—driving efficiency, quality, and reliability in how we deliver life-changing medical devices worldwide.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience withadvanced automation, data integration, and lean manufacturing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.

Let's Talk About the Role:

• Design and optimizeautomated material flow and warehouse systems to enhance efficiency and traceability.

• Implement and integrate automation solutions (AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, AS/RS) withSAP EWM, MES, and IoT platforms.

• Lead process improvement initiatives usingLean Six Sigma principles.

• Collaborate across global teams to support digital transformation and operational excellence.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline).

Preferred:

• 3–6 years’ experience inwarehouse automation orautomated material handling systems, preferably inmedical devices, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.

• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Passion for innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
