Third Party Liaison - CUSTOMER SERVICE & TPL

DEFINITION:  

The Third Party Liaison is the direct link between the Outsourced Agency and Comanche County Memorial Hospitals Business Services. They will be responsible for making certain that proper billing criteria and guidelines are met with regard to allowable/billing services and procedures. The Liaison works to facilitate positive relationships to help improve communication and increase customer satisfaction. The Third party Liaison will be responsible for maintaining the agency’s daily workflow in addition to compliance with applicable policies and procedures. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Medical terminology helpful.

Basic keyboard and mouse. Experience in Microsoft office or Google Suite.

Good organizational skills, reading, writing and proven communication skills.

One year of hospital/medical office billing and collections or can demonstrate an understanding of hospital billing and collections.

Experience handling money in large quantities.

High school diploma or associates or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, or Business Administration is desired.

Two years of billing office and customer service experience desired.
