We are seeking an experiencedFX Technology Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and support critical Foreign Exchange (FX) platforms in a global environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, stakeholder management, technology strategy, team coordination, production stability, and cross-functional leadership across business and technology organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proven project management experience, and a solid understanding of Capital Markets and Foreign Exchange technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology teams supporting Foreign Exchange platforms and strategic business initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through implementation and production stabilization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Provide clear and concise updates on project status, milestones, risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Monitor project health and proactively address delivery challenges and escalations.
• Ensure production stability and operational excellence across FX technology platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and business partners to deliver technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and delivery efficiency.
• Support technology roadmap planning and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party technology engagements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Project Management or Technology Delivery Management.
• Strong experience within Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Banking environments.
• Experience supporting Foreign Exchange (FX) trading, FX operations, or FX technology platforms.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and modern project delivery practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing globally distributed technology teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Proven experience driving large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FX Trading Systems, Electronic Trading Platforms, or Treasury Technology.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets workflows and financial products.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and Release Management processes.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and enterprise platforms.
• PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
