Summary:
In the role of Functional Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves ensuring the functional accuracy of systems by leveraging an in-depth understanding of business processes and anticipated system operations. This includes validating requirements and workflows through close collaboration with stakeholders to confirm that the solutions align with actual operational demands. The role requires continuous engagement with various teams to maintain alignment between system functionality and business objectives, ensuring that the delivered outcomes effectively support organizational goals and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve functional discrepancies within projects to maintain quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SoC Verification.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system behaviors and business requirements.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive verification plans and test cases.
- Ability to work with simulation tools and verification environments to validate system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with design, development, and quality assurance teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SoC Verification.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
