Pay Range: $110/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program management efforts to streamline operations and enhance communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that align with corporate objectives, ensuring timely delivery and success.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, chief of staff, management consulting, operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory; or4+ years with an advanced degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
