Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.

This role is contributing to theMotion IS Services
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Act as thefunctional point of contact for Sustainability and L&I  reporting requirements, supporting the build of new structured data products
• Collect, analyze, and documentbusiness and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for structured data products.
• Collaborate closely withBusiness Data Owners, ESG, L&I experts, and IT teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of metrics and calculations.
• Supportchange management by assessing impacts of new or evolving requirements on existing data products and reporting processes.
• Contribute todata quality management, supporting root‑cause analysis and resolution of data issues together with IT and business stakeholders.
• Assist in maintainingfunctional documentation, including data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic aligned with governance and data catalog’s standards
• Support testing, validation, and acceptance of data products and reports by business users prior to release and publication
• Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and reporting processes to ensure transparency and compliance.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as aFunctional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in ESG, sustainability, or regulatory reporting contexts.
• Good understanding ofESG and/or L&I reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data concepts (e.g. environmental, social, and governance metrics).
• Experience working withstructured data, data models, and reporting solutions in a complex organization.
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs intoclear functional requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience working incross‑functional and international environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
