Job Description
We are looking for Production Support Specialists! Production Support Specialists provide computer-based support including data and digital asset management, photography and photo editing, and technical artwork creation. These self-motivated and collaborative Cast Members have a strong attention to detail ensuring consistency and accuracy in our data and documentation for the Disney Live Entertainment Costuming organization.You will report a Costume Leader.
As a part of the consideration process for this position,there will be an 5-hour in-person assessment.
Responsibilities
- Take photos of costume assets
- Revise or edit existing photo documentation
- Create new photos utilizing existing catalog of digital assets with direction
- Data maintenance and governance utilizing GUS/Yunique
- Job plan creation utilizing Maximo
- Technical drawing/line drawings of costumes
- Facilitate 3D-Imaging appointments for performer documentation
Basic Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver’s License as you may be required to drive company vehicles
- Advanced experience with photo editing, digital illustration software, and vector editing graphic software
- Experience with advanced digital camera equipment, photo lighting equipment, digital drawing tablets, and a 3D-Imaging scanner
- Working knowledge of supporting the garment patterning, cutting, and construction cycles
- Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting and twisting
- Sit or stand for long periods of time up to entire shift
- Must be able to work around costumes made of natural or synthetic materials including fur, fiberglass and plastics
- Must be able to read information on a 2 ½” screen
- Push or pull up to 46 lbs.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team lift with 2 Cast Members maximum of 85 lbs.
- Comfortable working in an area where you may be exposed to performers in multiple stages of dress and undress
- Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Full-Time roles require full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer systems and advanced technical software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom
- Experience supporting the garment production and design process in a themed entertainment or fashion industry capacity
- Experience with programs such as Adobe Lightroom, Yunique, and GUS
Compensation Details

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
