Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking for a full-time morning shift opportunity in a resident-centered care environment? The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicatedFull-Time NOC Shift LVN to join our nursing team!

This role is ideal for an LVN who enjoys working overnight hours and is passionate about providing quality nursing care, supporting fellow team members, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Full-Time NOC Shift LVN, you will:

• Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care throughout the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, residents’ families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.

As a valued member of our morning nursing team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting residents through their daily routines, coordinating care, and helping ensure a smooth and positive start to each day.

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• NOC Shift- 10:30pm-7:00am
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Consistent morning schedule in a supportive team environment.

What You Bring

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and providing quality resident care.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.
