What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years building production web applications
- Strong Git discipline — clean branches, atomic commits, clear PR descriptions
- Able to read an unfamiliar codebase and locate where a feature fits before writing any code
- Writes tests alongside features, not after
- Vibe coding fluency — uses AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) as a primary workflow tool; prompts effectively and reviews AI output critically
