Description
• Join our team as a Full Stack Platform Engineer, working remotely from India. 
• This full-time role involves leading a small engineering team to build and maintain applications using modern technologies. 
• You'll be responsible for full lifecycle management, from design to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using popular backend and frontend technologies.
• Design event-driven architectures and high-quality APIs focused on performance and security.
• Deploy solutions on cloud platforms, leveraging cloud-native services.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure management.
• Integrate AI workflows into the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a small engineering team, ensuring accountability and technical excellence.
• Build and maintain applications using backend and frontend technologies.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures and APIs.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
• Drive DevOps practices and integrate AI into development workflows.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in backend development with experience in frontend technologies.
• Experience in designing event-driven architectures and API development.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Experience leading small teams in a tactical capacity.
