Job Title: Full Stack Lead / Architect (Golang + React / Next.js) - 8+ exp
Role Overview
We are seeking aFull Stack Lead/Architect (8+ exp) with deep expertise inGolang (backend) andReact / Next.js (frontend) to driveend-to-end architecture, solution design, and large-scale implementation of cloud-native platforms. This role demands strong hands-on capability along with proven experience indesigning complex systems and delivering enterprise-scale programs.
Note - This role is PAN India and completely remote need to work till 23:30 IST
Key Responsibilities
- Own and leadend-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full stack applications
- Translate business requirements intoscalable, secure, and high-performance system designs
- Architect and buildlarge-scale, microservices-based platforms using Golang
- Define and governfrontend architecture using React / Next.js
- EstablishAPI design standards, integration patterns, and system interactions
- Leadarchitecture reviews, design governance, and key technical decisions
- Driveexecution of large, complex programs ensuring scalability, quality, and timelines
- Implementcontainerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- DriveCI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
- Ensureperformance, resilience, security, and observability across systems
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders on roadmap and delivery
- Mentor teams and driveengineering excellence across multiple squads
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development with strong focus onarchitecture and system design
- Proven experience as aLead/Architect delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end
- Strong hands-on expertise inGolang backend development
- Strong experience inReact.js and Next.js frontend architecture and development
- Extensive experience inmicroservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience withDocker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
- Strong experience withcloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Deep understanding ofdistributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Experience withSQL and NoSQL databases
