Contractor – Full Stack Java Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilledContractor – Full Stack Java Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience inJava,Spring Boot,Angular,AWS, andMicrosoft Azure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies, building secure APIs, and supporting cloud-based application deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services usingJava andSpring Boot
  • Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly frontend applications usingAngular
  • Develop and integrateRESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems
  • Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
  • Deploy, manage, and support applications inAWS andAzure environments
  • Implement security, validation, and business logic using industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability and performance
  • Follow SDLC, Agile, and enterprise development standards throughout delivery
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience inJava development
  • Hands-on experience withSpring Boot and microservices architecture
  • Strong frontend development experience withAngular
  • Experience developing and consumingREST APIs
  • Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of secure application development practices
  • Experience with version control tools such asGit
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools(Splunk, Honeycomb or ThousandEyes)
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical applications
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is a plus
