Job description:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, covering everything from user experience to backend code.
Your day-to-day activities will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the services provided to clients.
You will leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Application Design, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Spark is suggested.
Take ownership of specific areas of the software delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Analyze complex technical challenges and contribute to the design of effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.
Continuously improve development processes and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
