Full Stack Engineer

About The Job:

• We are looking for experienced Full Stack Contractors to build production-grade web applications and APIs.
• You will own features end-to-end, from database schema design through backend services to the user interface.
• This is a hands-on engineering role for professionals who are comfortable working through ambiguity, shaping technical designs, and taking full ownership of deliverables.
• The ideal candidate operates as an owner rather than a ticket-taker and can independently drive solutions from concept to production.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Own features end-to-end, including database design, backend development, and frontend implementation.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and refine technical designs.
• Develop REST APIs using modern Python frameworks.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
• Implement responsive and Clientive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Create maintainable, testable, and extensible code.
• Follow version control and development best practices.
• Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills

Frontend

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, async/await, closures).
• Hands-on experience with React, including Hooks, State Management, and Component Architecture.

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python and writing production-grade code.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask for building RESTful APIs.

Database

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.

Architecture & Problem Solving

• Ability to think through system design and build scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset to solve complex and ambiguous business problems.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience developing desktop applications using the Electron framework.
• Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks such as ADK and LangGraph.
• Experience creating API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong Git and version control best practices.
• Basic DevOps knowledge including Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.

• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.
