Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and React.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend Skills

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Experience in Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Frontend Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or state management libraries.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsive and cross-browser development.

Database Skills

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of query optimization and database design.

DevOps & Tools

• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with containerized and cloud-native applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
