Full Stack Developer - Digital Sales

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is ready to create value from the start and help take our digital sales capabilities to the next level.

You will join an ongoing modernization journey combining established systems with modern cloud technologies such as Azure, Next.js, and API-driven services. You will develop focused digital sales and embedded sales solutions for private customers, building reusable and secure services and user experiences for customer journeys and other digital contexts. About the role

As a Full Stack Developer, you are joining a dedicated chapter contributing to focused digital sales journeys for private customers across the Nordics. Our work includes developing and modernizing existing solutions and services related to embedded sales. 

You design, develop, and maintain scalable digital experiences, working across the full technology stack, from modern frontend applications and web components to APIs, backend services, and integrations. You build high-quality, maintainable, secure, and accessible software with a strong focus on customer experience, while modernizing established applications and services using cloud-native technologies and sound engineering practices. 

Quality and continuous improvement are important parts of the role. You develop automated tests, contribute to code reviews and shared development standards, and build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps. You also monitor applications in production and continuously improve their performance, reliability, and overall quality. 

The landscape combines established applications with modern cloud-based solutions, so modernization and new development go hand in hand. A key part of the role is building reusable, secure solutions that make relevant insurance products available in customer journeys.

With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you approach challenges with curiosity and structure. Your way of communicating enables you to collaborate confidently across technical and business teams alike. 

You also have: 

• At least five years of relevant full-stack or software-engineering experience; a relevant degree is a plus. 

• Strong experience building and operating customer-facing cloud applications, using React and/or Next.js together with C#/.NET, Azure, or a comparable modern backend stack. 

• Experience designing APIs and integrations, including REST APIs and integrations with internal and external services. 

• Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise. 

• Fluency in Swedish and English. 

Meritorious 

• Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, personalized customer experiences, or B2C journeys. 

• Experience with AI capabilities, such as setting up AI agents.
