Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and skilled Full Stack Developers for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunities across the United States. Freshers and experienced professionals with knowledge of React, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, and SQL are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive web applications, developing scalable backend services, integrating APIs, and working with modern web technologies. Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work under the proposed employment arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and TypeScript.

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Create and manage databases using SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and product teams.

• Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.

• Use Git and version control systems to manage development workflows.

• Follow software development best practices and security standards.

Experience Requirements

Freshers (0–1 year)

• Basic knowledge of React, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL.

• Strong willingness to learn and work in a professional development environment.

Junior Developers (1–3 years)

• Experience building frontend components and backend services.

• Understanding of APIs, database queries, and application debugging.

Mid-Level Developers (3–5 years)

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.

• Ability to integrate APIs, optimize SQL queries, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Senior Developers (5–10 years)

• Strong expertise in full-stack architecture and scalable application development.

• Experience with application performance, security, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Employment Details

• Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
