About the Role

We are looking for amotivated Full Stack Developer with2–3 years of hands-on experience in buildingscalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strongfrontend expertise in React.js with TypeScript, along withbackend development experience in Node.js and/or Python, and familiarity withAWS cloud services andPostgreSQL databases.

In this role, you will workacross the stack todesign, develop, and deploy modern web applications. You should be comfortabletaking ownership of features,collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing tosystem architecture and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Developscalable and responsive user interfaces usingReact.js andTypeScript.

• Build and maintainRESTful APIs usingNode.js and/or Python frameworks.

• Design, implement, and optimizedatabase schemas and queries inPostgreSQL.

• Collaborate withUI/UX designers to translate designs intohigh-quality functional components.

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications usingAWS services.

• Writeclean, maintainable, and well-tested code followingindustry best practices.

• Participate incode reviews,debugging, andperformance optimization.

• Work closely withproduct managers, designers, and other developers in anAgile/Scrum environment.

• Troubleshootproduction issues and contribute to improvingsystem reliability.

• Contribute to improvingdevelopment workflows,documentation, andengineering standards.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience withReact.js.

• Proficiency inTypeScript,JavaScript (ES6+),HTML5, andCSS3.

• Experience withcomponent-based architecture andstate management (Context API, Redux, or similar).

• Understanding ofresponsive design andcross-browser compatibility.

• Experience integratingfrontend applications with REST APIs.

Backend

• Hands-on experience withNode.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, or similar).

• Working knowledge ofPython frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Experience designing, building, and maintainingRESTful APIs.

• Understanding ofauthentication, authorization, and API security practices.

Database

• Solid understanding ofPostgreSQL.

• Experience writingcomplex queries,joins,indexing, andschema design.

• Familiarity withORMs such asPrisma, Sequelize, or SQLAlchemy.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience working withAWS services such asEC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda.

• Understanding ofdeployment pipelines,environment configuration, andmonitoring.

• Familiarity withDocker andCI/CD pipelines is aplus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience implementingauthentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).

• Exposure tomicroservices architecture.

• Familiarity withGraphQL APIs.

• Experience withunit and integration testing (Jest, PyTest, etc.).

• Knowledge ofGit workflows andcollaborative development practices.

• Understanding ofapplication performance optimization andsecurity best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2–3 years of professional experience infull stack development.

• Strongproblem-solving anddebugging skills.

• Ability to work in acollaborative team environment.

• Goodcommunication anddocumentation skills.
